About Me (if you want to know!!)
I’ve never been one to stick to just one thing. Creativity moves me like a strong current—it pulls me from one idea to the next, one material to another. Some days I’m carving a new linocut print, other days I’m covered in spray paint, sketching with Posca pens, or layering up with oil pastels. I just go where the work takes me.
I make all my work from my little studio in Northern Ireland, usually with a coffee in one hand and paint somewhere it shouldn’t be. It’s a chaotic but honest space—part print studio, part paint-splattered lab.
That kind of freedom keeps it fun. I love the mix of structure and spontaneity—switching from detailed carvings to big, bold strokes, from neat lines to messy textures. It keeps me curious. Keeps me creating.
At the heart of it all is mark making. That’s where I’m happiest—when I’m lost in the process, making something with my hands, seeing how the image slowly comes together (or sometimes falls apart and turns into something even better).
Like that time I started with a vibrant acrylic ink underpainting and ended up layering black and neon spray paint over the top—totally unplanned, but it worked. That’s the kind of surprise I live for in the studio.
Each piece ends up with its own rhythm, its own story. Some start out as careful designs and turn wild. Others are pure experimentation from the start. No two are the same, and honestly, that’s the whole point.
If you’re into linocuts, bold colour, or mixed media chaos, you’ll probably like Split the G or The Cliffs of Moher—they both came out of this kind of flow. You can check out the shop to see what’s new, or sign up for my newsletter if you fancy a peek behind the scenes.
Always happy to chat about materials, process, or what’s on my desk right now—just drop me a message.
