ARTIST & PRINTMAKER FROM NORTHERN IRELAND
Mark Gilmour is an emerging artist working mainly in charcoal, collage and spray paint. His interest lies in texture, contrast and the marks we leave behind — mixing detailed drawing with rough surfaces, found materials and a little bit of graffiti attitude. When he wants to get a little more graphic, he uses linocut to create blocky, stylised prints.
